We can ship to virtually any address in the world. 
*Please note: Complimentary shipping is applied to orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. In some cases, Linoto may not be able to fulfill expedited 2nd day orders in that timeframe.
Shipping costs for International shipments (outside the USA) are determined by your postal code destination and the weight of all items in the order total. Shipments outside the United States which incur local taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Return Policy

Our first concern is that you are happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day complete satisfaction guarantee to every customer on most stock items.  We may ask for your feedback during the return process. It's important that we understand why you have chosen to return an item. Your input will help us to provide the best possible service and to improve the shopping experience for all of our customers in the future.

Return Authorization Number

All returns require a Return Authorization Number, or RA# which must be obtained by phone or email. An RA# must be obtained within 15 days of the delivery date of your purchase, and Linoto must receive the package within 15 days of issuing the RA#. Please note that all returned merchandise must be delivered to Linoto no more than 30 days after the delivery date. When returning a purchase, please write your RA# on the outside of the shipping box. Your return package must include the following 2 items:

  1. all returned merchandise

  2. a copy of your packing slip or email purchase confirmation
  3. optional: we would appreciate a note detailing the reason for the return and any feedback.

Linoto will refund the purchase price of the returned items only after receiving the returned merchandise. Linoto will absorb your return shipping costs only in the case of defective or damaged merchandise.

Once we receive your package and verify that there is no damage, unusual wear, or soiling, we'll process a refund to your original form of payment. Credit card refunds may take up to two (2) billing periods to appear on your credit card.

Refund Exceptions

    1. Items marked as SPECIAL ORDER are final sale and cannot canceled, returned or exchanged.
    2. Split King sheet sets are not eligible for returns or exchange.
    3. Split California King sheet sets are not eligible for return or exchange.
    4. Linen bed skirts are not eligible for return or exchange.
    5. Linoto linen masks are not eligible for returns or exchange. 
    6. Linen curtains are considered custom items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    7. Linen boxer shorts are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check sizing before placing your order.

Please note: 
Monogrammed products, items made to custom lengths, widths or in non-catalog colors and sizes are considered final sale. However, we will try our best to resolve any issue.
