Eco friendly, made from recovered fabric when we make our linen fitted sheets. The weight is substantial yet breathable and comfortable. Gorgeously assembled. Machine washable. This product does not contain cotton or wool filling. It is two layers of linen only.

Be careful when washing!!

"Purchased several, including sheets and pillowcases. The linen is great, but the stitching doesn’t hold up under strain and tends to break after washing. I’ve dry-cleaned and handwashed them, never used a dryer—only hung them to dry—but they still come apart. The seller promised to restitch, but I haven't seen any follow-up. I had to take them to my seamstress, who used a double stitch and added a zigzag stitch on top which makes it better when handling heavy materials and ensures durability."

"I am so happy I waited for the Aubergine quilted coverlet. This is the best blanket I have ever owned and slept with. When you pull this perfectly weighted linen cover over yourself, you feel like you are royalty, I usually get hot with blankets but this is the perfect combination of soft, luxurious fabric, breathability and weight. It’s worth every penny."

The color is darker in

"The color is darker in real life which is a huge disappointment to me. The online photo looks more like a raspberry to me which I love. It would really help people if you could give out fabric samples of your linen. Sadly, this is not returnable."

Worth the wait

"The wait was very long (over two months) but the coverlet is excellent. My only regret is that I did not go for extra fill (Canadian winters are cold). Throwing a wool blanket on top with some flannel sheets helps. On the plus side the weight allows it to be used beyond the coldest winter months, which is nice."

The Very Best Linen Bedding

"I've been using Linoto sheets for a couple of years now, and I can say they are absolutely the best. I also love my duvet cover and quilted coverlet. The construction is first rate, and so is the fabric-it doesn't even fade in the wash. It has also proven to be kitty claw resistant. Don't worry if your order is taking some time. It might be helpful to call ahead and check that the fabric you want is in stock. The color I wanted (harvest gold) was seriously delayed by the factory in Italy, but Jason the owner was very professional and courteous whenever I called to ask about my order. I decided to go with burgundy that was in stock, and I'm delighted with it, I may even like it better than the harvest gold. The burgundy has a gorgeous blue tint to it, sort of like the inside of a fresh beet."

Better than I expected!

"I do review many items that I purchase online. And I very rarely give 5 stars. But I just have to give 5 stars to this linen coverlet. The fabric is substantial. The color is saturated and beautiful. I sleep with my window open, yes, in Minnesota, because I run hot, and this coverlet is perfect. Correct amount of weight and warmth. Well worth the wait."
